Wow. Are eyelids supposed to blink that fast? It says on the description that he wants to have this ready to demonstrate at next year's Consumer Electronics Show. Looks to me like he has a good prototype but some big hurdles to making this a consumer product (like having to synchronize each eyelid with the controller contact doohicky before using). Also, I wonder what it would cost? I don't doubt that people would prefer to get rid of clunky goggles but I think this will take a little while to reach my multiplex. Very cool though--thanks for sharing!
